Slip Agents

iSuoChem® slip agents lower friction to make production smoother and faster. They solve processing difficulties (like sticking between layers), surface wear, and poor "opening" properties caused by friction or sticking during production, stacking, and packaging. 

This series includes high-temperature amide slip agents like Erucamide, Oleamide, and EBS. These effectively prevent PE/PP layers from sticking together. Also inorganic anti-blocking agents such as Silicon Dioxide. Other slip agents includes Behenamide, Palmitamide, Stearamide and a type of composite slip agent (Alternatives to Dow Corning DC51).

Our slipping additives are known for excellent thermal stability and high purity. They are widely used in food packaging, masterbatches, and ink printing.
