Wetting Agents

iSuoChem® wetting agents fix surface defects by improving substrate wetting. They ensure a smooth, flawless finish for coatings, inks, and adhesives.

iSuoChem® wetting agents are preminum alternatives to international well-known brands like BYK, Evonik (TEGO/Surfynol), BASF (Hydropalat/EFKA), and WACKER. Our polyether-modified silicones are capable of reducing surface tension as low as 21.5 mN/m. This is comparable to BYK-348 or TEGO 250. It allows you to very easily coat "difficult" surfaces like PP and PE. We can also supply acetylenic diol and Gemini technology (like Surfynol 104E or DYNOL 810). These are perfect for high-speed printing and inkjet, as they wet surfaces fast without creating bubbles.

Our concern is better and greener formulas for your formulas. Many iSuoChem® products, like 345W and 410T, are "all-in-one." They combine wetting, leveling, and defoaming together. This simplifies your water-based and UV systems. Also, our non-ionic silicone-free technology (like Hydropalat series) solves the solutions for foaming and poor adhesion between layers. iSuoChem® provides you a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution for plastic, wood coatings, and inks.
